Disconnecting Zoom permanently deletes every imported transcript — you are told the exact number first, and your meeting links are kept.

• Dial-in numbers and PIN whenever your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 plan provides them

Requires Calendar Sync with a Google or Microsoft 365 calendar. Transcripts are deleted if the add-on ends or the calendar is disconnected; the links already on your appointments stay.
