Getting started

What is AysOps?

At Your Service Operations is an all-in-one business management platform for small service businesses: customers, estimates, work orders, invoices, expenses, mileage, scheduling, and online payments in one dashboard.

Who is it for?

Any small business that serves customers and sends invoices — contractors, IT consultants, food trucks, event planners, market vendors, cleaners, landscapers, and more. Solo operators and small teams alike.

How does the free trial work?

Every new company gets 90 days free with full access — no credit card required. When the trial ends you'll be asked to subscribe; your data stays put either way.

Is there a demo I can try first?

Yes — the demo is a full AysOps account with every feature active. Emails it sends come back to your own address, and Stripe runs in test mode so you can take a payment with a test card.

Can I import my existing customers?

You can add customers one at a time today, and load removable example data to explore. If you have a large list to bring over, reach out through the contact form and we'll help.

Pricing & billing

How much does AysOps cost?

$19.99 USD/month — or $24.99 CAD/month for accounts in Canada (your currency is set by your country). That includes everything a solo business needs; optional add-ons and team seats bill on top, all together on one subscription.

What are add-ons?

Optional features you can switch on when you need them — Online Payments, Calendar Sync, Password Vault, Team, and extra storage tiers — each with its own monthly price. Most include a 7-day free trial, and you can turn them off any time from Settings → Add-ons.

How do team seats work?

The owner is included in the base plan. Each teammate you add is a per-seat monthly charge based on their role tier — Admin, Manager, Staff, or Limited — and each new tier starts with a 7-day trial.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your access continues to the end of the paid period, and you can export your data before you go.

Payments

How do my customers pay me?

With the Online Payments add-on, every sent invoice includes a secure pay link — customers pay by card with no account needed. You can also key in a card over the phone with the built-in terminal.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your bank account via Stripe. AysOps never holds your funds. Stripe's standard card fees apply plus a small platform fee (0.4% + $0.30 minimum) per transaction.

Data & security

Is my data safe?

Two-factor authentication is required on every account, all traffic is encrypted, data is isolated per company at the database level, uploads are scanned, and security events are logged. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Can I store customer passwords in AysOps?

Yes — the Password Vault add-on stores your company's and your customers' credentials encrypted, each assigned to the device, account, or subscription it belongs to. Every reveal is logged, and which staff can open which vault is controlled by permissions.

Who owns my data?

You do. We never sell it or use it for advertising, and you can export it any time — including after you cancel.

Does calendar sync read my personal calendar?

No. Sync is one-way and outbound only: AysOps writes its own appointments to a dedicated calendar it creates in Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or Apple iCloud. It never reads or imports your personal events, and you can disconnect any time.

Working day to day

Can I run more than one business?

Yes — one login can manage multiple companies, each with its own data, team, and subscription. Each browser tab stays pinned to its company so nothing mixes.

Do invoices carry my branding?

Yes — upload your logo and it appears on every estimate and invoice PDF, and documents can be sent from your own email address.

Is there a mobile app?

AysOps works in any mobile browser today. Native iOS and Android apps — with GPS mileage tracking and receipt camera capture — are on the roadmap.

How do I get help?

Use the Help & feedback button inside the app (it attaches context automatically), browse the Help Center, or use the contact form.
